Perhaps we should quote the Moody Blues’ song “Ride My Seesaw”, because this week our Road Stories episode can once again be found on the Official Sparkling Apple Website. In this installment, we cover a brief period of our history in which we defied The Tight White Seafarers rule (musicians of a Certain Age will appreciate this analogy) and actually played in downtown Vancouver. We mention Gary Taylor’s Rock Room, The Cave and the Windmill, with further reminiscences forthcoming. The 1980 Telethon comes to mind!
